The layers

Surveillance has four ways in — radio, sound, emanation, and the door. Hardening closes all four, because a room is only as secure as the vector you forgot.
RF containment & denial
Stop wireless surveillance at the boundary. Shielding (Faraday-grade where required) contains signals inside the room; controlled denial — the M5P class of equipment — makes cellular, Wi-Fi, and covert transmitters unable to reach the outside.
Acoustic isolation & masking
Speech that can't leave the room can't be captured. Structural isolation stops sound conducting through walls and ducts; the GT series masks what remains, so any device that does record captures only unintelligible noise.
Emanation control (TEMPEST)
Screens, cables, and equipment leak compromising electromagnetic emanations that can be reconstructed from outside. TEMPEST-informed design contains them — filtered power, shielded AV, and disciplined cable routing.
Physical & access control
The strongest layers fail if the wrong person — or the wrong device — walks in. Hardened doors, mustering and device-check protocol, tamper-evident seals, and access logging make the room's security a procedure, not a hope.
