Your sector. Your regulator. Your threat model.

Generic security assumes a generic adversary. We map every engagement to the threats your sector faces and the regulations you answer to.

Banking & Finance

For the examiner in the room, and the adversary who isn't.

Banks, fintechs, insurers and multifinance companies answer to OJK and Bank Indonesia while defending BI-FAST, QRIS, SNAP and core banking against people who work weekends. Zentara operates inside regulated institutions — running the SOC, running the red team, and producing the evidence your examiner asks for, in the form they ask for it.

Sector

Government & Public Sector

Scored on maturity. Judged on recovery.

Digital government performance is evaluated every year and the result is published and ranked. Nobody publishes whether your services could come back. In June 2024 the difference between those two questions took 282 institutions offline — and the cause was not a sophisticated adversary. Zentara works with ministries, agencies and pemda on the unglamorous half: restore that has been tested, capability your own people operate, and infrastructure that stays in jurisdiction.

Defence & National Security

Sovereign by construction, not by clause.

Kemhan, the TNI cyber commands, BSSN and the Defend ID primes are building capability that cannot depend on a supplier answerable to another government. Zentara is an Indonesian company that designs and assembles its own hardware, deploys inside your perimeter, and is structured so the capability ends up in your hands rather than on our licence.

Law Enforcement Agencies

Findings that survive cross-examination.

A recovered artefact that a court will not admit is worse than no artefact — it costs the case and the unit's credibility at once. Zentara works alongside Polri cyber units, prosecutors and agency forensic labs on the part that decides outcomes: acquisition that holds, chain of custody that documents itself, and examiners who will stand up and be questioned on it.

Energy & Critical Infrastructure

A test that trips the plant is not a test. It is the incident.

Every OT engineer has watched an IT team run a routine scan and stop a process. That memory is why security proposals stall here, and it is a rational objection rather than resistance to change. Zentara starts passive, works to your shutdown window rather than ours, and treats availability and safety as the controls that outrank everything else — because on a plant network they are.

Sector

Healthcare

An outage here is a clinical event.

Since January 2024 every fasyankes in Indonesia has been required to run electronic medical records, interoperable with SATUSEHAT. Care that used to survive a system failure on paper no longer can. Zentara works with hospitals and clinics on the question a director actually asks — not whether the data is safe, but whether patients can still be treated at 3am when it is not.

Telecommunications

Everyone else's continuity plan assumes you are up.

Banks, ministries and hospitals all wrote resilience plans that quietly depend on your network staying available and your subscriber identity staying trustworthy. Both assumptions are now under active attack — one through the transport layer, the other through a dealer counter. Zentara works on the second as seriously as the first, because that is where the money actually moves.

Your longest sales cycle is the security review.

The product demo went well. Then procurement sent a 300-line questionnaire, your best engineer lost two weeks to it, and the deal is still sitting in vendor risk review. Security stopped being a cost centre for companies like yours the moment your buyers became banks, ministries and hospitals — it is now the gate the revenue passes through. Zentara works on getting you through it, and on being worth passing.
