Cookies Policy

How Zentara uses cookies and similar technologies across our Site and Services, the categories we set, and how you can manage or withdraw your consent at any time.

This Cookies Policy explains how companies use cookies and similar technologies. Whenever you use Company’s websites, apps, products, advertising services or other technologies (“Services”), or visit a website, app or service which uses our Services, information may be collected through the use of cookies and similar technologies. The Company is committed to protecting the personal information collected when you use our Services.

1 — Statement of the use of cookies. When you visit our site accessible via https://zentara.co/ (“Site”), cookies are placed on the computer, tablet or any terminal used by you. This enables PT Mars Bumi Indonesia (“Zentara”) to analyze page traffic and improve the Site. Cookies are used according to their nature and for the purposes indicated below. You may accept or refuse cookies using the AdOpt Consent Management Platform (CMP) banner integrated into our Site, or the tools described below.

2 — What is a cookie? A cookie is a text file placed on a terminal when visiting the Site or viewing an advertisement. A cookie’s main purpose is to collect information relating to your access to the Site and to send you personalized services and content.

3 — Cookie Identification. There are different types of cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: essential for the Site to function (e.g., security, load balancing).
  • Functional Cookies: allow the Site to remember choices you make (such as language) to provide enhanced features.
  • Analytical / Performance Cookies: help us understand how visitors interact with the Site anonymously.
  • Targeting / Marketing Cookies: used to track visitors across websites to display ads that are relevant to you.

4 — What types of Cookies do we use and for what purposes? All cookies used on the Site are strictly necessary for the use of the Site, or session cookies that do not require your consent:

  • Technical Cookies strictly necessary: necessary for the operation of the Site and to use its main functionalities. Without these cookies you cannot use the Site normally. They only require information to be deposited on your terminal and do not allow any behavioral or identification monitoring.
  • Functional Personalization Cookies: personalize your experience by memorizing your preferences — adapting the presentation of the Site to your terminal’s display preferences (language, resolution, operating system) across visits; memorizing information relating to forms you have filled in or choices you have made; offering you access to your account or reserved space via your identifiers; and implementing security measures, for example when you are asked to log back in after a period of time.
  • Third Party Cookies: certain cookies are installed by third parties over which we have no control — for example advertising networks and providers of external services like web traffic analysis. These third-party cookies are likely to be Functional Personalization cookies.

5 — The management of the Cookies repository. You can manage the deposit of cookies as follows: the deposit of strictly necessary technical cookies is activated by default and cannot be deactivated, as they are essential to the functioning of the Site; and by continuing your navigation (clicking an element of the Site or moving to another page) you validate the installation of cookies according to the default settings proposed. All cookies placed by us on the Site have a maximum lifetime of 24 months.

6 — Interactive services. We may from time to time provide interactive services on our Site, including customer service chat support. Where we provide any interactive service, we will provide clear information about the kind of service offered, whether it is moderated, and what form of moderation is used. We will assess possible risks for users from third parties and decide whether it is appropriate to moderate the relevant service. However, we are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service, and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service in contravention of our content standards, whether moderated or not. Where we do moderate an interactive service, we will normally provide a means of contacting the moderator.

7 — Content standards. These content standards apply to all material you contribute to our Site (“Contribution”) and to any interactive services associated with it, in spirit as well as to the letter. A Contribution must be accurate (where it states facts), be genuinely held (where it states opinions), and comply with the law applicable in the Republic of Indonesia and in any country from which it is posted. A Contribution must not:

  • contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, is likely to be understood as a direct or indirect encouragement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism;
  • contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.

8 — Breach of this policy. When we consider that a breach of this acceptable use policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. Failure to comply constitutes a material breach of the terms of use upon which you are permitted to use our Site, and may result in immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site; immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution; issue of a warning; legal proceedings for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis; further legal action; and/or disclosure of information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above.
